Summary
The SafePassage mobile app works for commercial and residential communities that have subscribed to our general access control SAAS service offering. The app aims to provide it’s users with a venue for updating their visitation list as well as a host of other services.
Log on screen
A user must go through the registration process an order to obtain credentials used to access the app. When your community registers to use the SafePassage system it is only then that you are able to find your address and name easily as part of our registration process. Without your community’s participation you will not be able to register to use this app.
Visitor Service
Users are able to add, update and delete visitor information. This gives users the ability to specify how long they want visitors to have access to the community. This also allows users the ability to revoke access for someone visiting.
Phone number Service
Users are able to add, update and delete phone numbers that can be used for contact purposes. Users can also use this feature to specify which phone number can receive text messages via the SafePassage service.
Account
This allows the user to see their account information obtain by the SafePassage system. This will show all listed residents and their associated address.
